Returns, Exchanges and Policies
We accept both returns and exchanges . Returns or exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt of the item and in original packaging for a full refund.
We hope you love your confetti but in case you need to return or exchange just email info@burlapandblingdesignstudio with the details.
Please return your item(s) to the address below along with a note including: your name and order number OR that you are returning for refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) we will ship the replacement ASAP or refund your card within 24 hours.

We want you to focus on having and awesome wedding or party rather than the hassles of returning products.
Shipping is free for all domestic shipping with USPS first class. We do offer the option of priority shipping if you need something fast which there is a charge. Once your order is shipped we will send an email with the tracking number to you.
International Policies: Burlap And Bling Design Studio is always happy to ship worldwide.
International customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by all import restrictions to their countries, and for paying any and all fees, taxes, or tariffs incurred.
Due to import restrictions and taxes, I do not accept returns on international orders, so please be sure to read the descriptions carefully. I will gladly take extra photos and answer questions about items in my shop to assist you with your purchase. Some countries require taxes to be paid on items worth over a certain amount. Each country is different and it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay their tax if required. I would recommend that you check with your local post office or customs to find out if this applies to you before making the decision to place an order.
Shipping transit time varies by country so please allow from 2 to 8 weeks.

PAYMENT POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS ON BOUQUETS
Custom orders generally take several weeks/months to complete, depending on my current schedule . Contact me if you need a rush order, I'll accommodate if at all possible.
I require a 50% deposit to secure your reservation The remaining balance is due once your order is complete. Custom orders under $200.00 require full payment at the time of booking*
For rush custom orders, full payment is required prior to starting your project. Rush orders are non-refundable
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES FOR CUSTOM ORDERS:
All my designs (bouquets and accessories) are MADE TO ORDER. Due to the time and investment made into making your order, the 50% upfront deposit or 50% of the order amount will not be refunded, nor will the shipping costs. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.I guarantee the quality of my products, and if you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please message me and we can work together to ensure your satisfaction.
Please understand a lot of time goes into messaging, shopping for fabric, and creating each piece. And significant changes to the flowers after your deposit has been paid may add extra cost to your order.
SHIPPING POLICY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS
Your items will be mailed within the time frame stated. I ship items USPS priority or first class. If you need expedited shipping just convo me and I will be happy to give you the price.
PLEASE NOTE: If you would like insurance on your package, please let me BEFORE you pay and I will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.
Custom orders and rush orders are non-refundable. Upon request or for special color request you will receive photos for your approval at the point you can make changes or updates.
ITEMS PURCHASED NOT A CUSTOM ORDER
If you are unhappy with an item*, please contact me within 5 days of receipt and items must be mailed back to me within 15 days of receipt and I will be happy to exchange the items you are responsible for the return postage.
